Yes, retail consumers who contact MPN directly through our website or by phone requesting a physician consultation for common ailments, prescription refills, laboratory tests, etc. will pay a small consultation at the time of the request. For members of organizations that are contracted with MPN, there are no co-pays or deductibles that need to be met. However, patients must pay the pharmacy when they receive their prescription. If the patient has health insurance a consultation provided by MPN and paid for by the patient may be able to be claimed by the patient, through their health insurance for reimbursement. This may also apply to prescriptions that are paid for by a patient.
